I hope to get a confirmation whether it is possible to do what I am trying to do. I have arrived to the conclusion that it is likely to be impossible, but wanted to double check in case I am wrong.
We are using Dynamics 365 Sales and we have an option to route queue items:
When you select an item you like to route from the queueitem view and then click on Route, you get the following pop-up:
You can then click on the magnifying glass in the "Add to the following Queue" input, select "Advanced Lookup", and then it asks you to choose a queue:
My issue is that it defaults to the 'Business Queues' view, and I want to change it to a different view.
It seems that you cannot simply make this change based on the settings available in Dynamics. Has anyone succeeded using JavaScript? My only issue here is that there is no form to attach the web resource to, as you are selecting your items to route from the Queue Items view and then selecting the 'Route' button in the top ribbon.
Any advice/opinions are appreciated.
