Shared file folder not working in UAT

Hi Expert,
 
I Have created a x++ code to access the shared folder files and its working in dev environment. and deployed the code into UAT environment  in the UAT its not working.
 
what should i do now ? please help me in this.

    how to solve this now? How can i import the files from UAT and production now ? solution to this importing file from UAT

    In addition to what others have mentioned, an alternative is to use the Microsoft On Premises Data gateway, see link below It allows you access to local files from the cloud. Then use a Logic App to push the files to F&O Data management. You will need a data entity in F&O to receive your data in F&O.

    This is work for something like Recurring Integrations Scheduler, not a batch job in F&O.

    For every 10 mins we need to run the batch job so that the files from folder should import in the d365 F&O Table .After importing into the table that files are moved into the other folder in the archive folder. this imported files get posted in GENERAL LEDGER journals. 
     
    Client will check that the Batch job is working properly or not and files are moving into the archive folder after importing.

    Before we can suggest a technical solution addressing a client's problem, we need to know what business problem is the client trying to solve. Please explain it to us. Your statements like "they want to monitor the process" are too vague to be useful.

    So what to do now to get files from his local system and and he can monitor the process there what is the next step can anyone guide me clearly please

    What exactly is "his system"? If he has a file folder on a local machine or network, this can't be accessed by Dynamics 365 as it is a cloud application running in an Azure data center it is not aware of any of your local or network folders. As Martin mentioned, you probably need to set up an Azure file storage. That can be linked as a network drive as well. Then this Azure storage account can be securely accessed from within F&O.

    client as files in his system . he wants to monitor the files on daily bases in his system. how if he changes the configuration in his system. Then from UAT it can be accessable ??

    It depends on the answer. If the folder isn't accessible from Azure data center, you can't fix that by any code. The client would have to change the configuration or the overall approach (e.g. using Azure file storage instead of a local folder).
