We are currently facing an issue in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations related to the Budget Analysis Report, and we would appreciate your urgent support.
Issue Description:
For a specific ledger account, the Actual Expenditures amount is not appearing in the Budget Analysis Report. However:
- The same amount is correctly reflected in the Trial Balance (TB)
- The amount is also showing correctly in Management Reporter.
Request:
Kindly assist me in identifying the root cause of this discrepancy and advise on the required steps to resolve it.
This issue is impacting our financial reporting accuracy, so your prompt support would be highly appreciated.
