Bulk Closure of Old Purchase Orders in D365FO

We have around 3,000 old Purchase Orders in Dynamics 365 F&O that need to be closed.
After reviewing the POs, we found two scenarios:
  1. Purchase Orders that were created but never processed
    • No product receipt or invoice has been posted.
    • Is there a standard way to bulk cancel these purchase orders?
  2. Purchase Orders that were partially received
    • Some quantities have been received, but the remaining quantities will not be delivered.
    • We are considering performing a short close by updating the remaining quantity (Delivery Reminder Quantity) to zero.
    • Is there a standard way to bulk update the Delivery Reminder Quantity for multiple PO lines?
    • Can this be achieved through the Excel Add-in, Data Management Framework (DMF), or another supported method?

    Please find the below suggestion for your problem and let us know if you need any additional information.

    1. We don't any out of the box feature to cancel bulk PO.

    2. Even we don't any out of the feature for Partial PO cancellation .


    Additionaly, we can achieve the same using customizaiton and we have discussed the similiar scenarios in the below forum.

    Short answer , there is no out of box solution to this. A custom code may help.
