Menu Item "Resources" not visible in the Menu Change Area (Left Bottom)

Hi,
 
Althought the user has a "Resource Manager" Role, he can not see the Menu "Resources" in the bottom left" menu change area":
 
Change area
Projects
Settings
Training
 
There is any other parameters to ckecks or reinitialize?

    We are using the resource and non-stocked deployment. The license have been attributed throught intra. The user can see in the menu only "Projects", "Setting" and Training.

    Maybe the user is in the wrong app. Project, Settings, and Training are the options in the Projects app, whereas the Project Operations app has the additional menu items like Resources.

    Have you checked the license assignment for this user? Are other users able to see the menu?

    Hi,

    Are you using the resource and non-stocked deployment or the stocked/production-based deployment? Has a license been assigned to the user in Microsoft 365 or Entra?
