Editable grid control available on Opportunity table on prod not on dev

Hello,
I have a dev and prod environment. I made a solution on dev, where I removed depracated control of editable grid for Opportunity table and I transferred this solution as managed to prod environment. Import went fully successfull, but editable grid is still available on prod. I removed unmanaged solution layers from the opportunity table and did import again, but it didn't resolve the problem. Does anyone has idea what I can do with this?

Regards,
Anna

It might not be automatically delete that control from Prod because solution imports (when done as a normal update) mainly merge changes rather than remove existing configurations. So if the Editable Grid was already configured in Prod earlier, it can still remain active even though you removed it in Dev.
Editable grid is still allowed to keep running for existing setups, which is why you’re still seeing it instead of it disappearing automatically. What i would suggest to try
1)Use “Upgrade” instead of normal import
Increase your solution version in Dev
    Export again as managed
    In Prod:
    Import using “Stage for upgrade”
Then apply the upgrade as update merges changes and upgrade replaces and removes old components

    2) Stiil stuck then try patch solution

Most commonly, this behavior is caused by another managed solution layer or an app/view-level configuration that still references the grid control. Comparing the Controls configuration and Solution Layers between Dev and Production should help identify the source of the remaining Editable Grid configuration.
