on the 27th of November 2025 I received an email from Mjicrosoft telling me they had overcharged me for my 2025 subscription and a refund was being processed.
Todate, I have not received the refund, but they have taken the full amount fror my 2026 subscription.
I have tried to contact Microsoft via their contact button on the web, but it defaults to an error page.
Has anyone else had had their refund, aand how do I contact them to follow up.
