Cycle counting

I run the cycle count in AX 2012 R3, and all the process is ok in case when the count equal to the available inventory or plus. Also i find the journal added with new positive quantity, whenever i try to count the same quantity with less count than the expected quantity then ia can't accept counting and i receive an error message which is (insert: Release the Work Order again for load number !) . your support will be appreciated.

    Can you check if this error is raised by a customization? I'm not able to find this label in the standard application.
