We recently implemented the RSO add in to our D365 FS environment but we have a recurring issue that we cannot seem to solve. No matter which way we try to optimize a route the same error pops up.
There is no active transaction. This error is usually caused by custom plug-ins that ignore errors from service calls and continue processing.

We can't trace this error at all, can anyone help?
