690Hi. I have a problem with printing an invoice in the production environment. The invoice is in Electronic Reporting and is based on an Excel file. For some time now, I’ve been getting the message "Can't delete/overwrite merged cells. A range is partly merged with another merged range.".
There were no issues with this before, everything was working correctly. In the test environment, where I imported the database from the production environment, the invoice printout works without any problems. Can anyone suggest what might be the cause?
I feel like I’ve tried everything. I even did a test with an empty Excel file to display just the document title. Unfortunately, I still keep receiving the above error.
Could it be a hang in the electronic reporting service? Is there a way to restart it? I have already cleared the cache and so on.
