    Hi,
I think you are referring to Advance Settings -> Advance Find. Now there you need to select the respective entity like Account in this scenario.

Then we have Advance filter as shown below.
I believe the view you have created, its not Published. Therefore please do below.

    1) After creating the view, click on Save & Publish in Power Apps view editor window.
    2) To be on safe end you can Publish whole Account table or Publish All Customization from your solution
    3) My be Advance find is not properly refreshed. So hard refresh by pressing Shift + R on windows.
    4) In Advance Find, go to Account entity and find your view.

The view looks like it should be visible under the Account table. There are a few things to check.
    1.  Did you publish the Account table after creating the new system view?
    2.  Do you have a custom model driven app, where maybe the view is not being added to the app and is thus not available? (Create, add and remove forms, views, or charts in a model-driven app using the app designer - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn)
    3.  Is the view visible in the legacy advanced find window? If you open CRM and go to Advanced Settings > Then open advanced find it will use the legacy window that should include all system views, regardless of what is in the app (Create, add and remove forms, views, or charts in a model-driven app using the app designer - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn)

    Hi,

Many to Many relationships are unfortunately not offering the same search results as a N-1/N-1 relationship would. This is because the system intersect table is not directly accessible in Advanced Find.

For this reason I recommend to build your solution with a manual intersect table. You can then run your advanced query. The intersect table would contains look ups to both table, but also from a future scalability perspective it potentially allows you to add additional columns in the future.

As an example - A Contact can go to many Events, and an Event can be attended by many contacts == Many to Many
But now we create a manual intersect table called "Contact at Event" with a look up to the contact and a look up to event.
Then we can add other information in the future if needed. for example, who could have foreseen that you needed to do a COVID test everytime you wanted to go to an event - So the new table can be configured to include new fields to capture date of covid test, and covid test result for example.

If it is too late to create a manual intersect entity - then you can also write a custom FetchXML query. Or possibly a Power Automate query that that flags TABLE1record with no related XYZ records and adds that flag to a custom field on the table 1. You can then filter by this field in Advanced Find.
