Hi,

I have set up a purchase order workflow with automatic reapproval if a change is made to any field except the price, so if the line price change there will be a new workflow.
Is possible, by standard, to make the purchase order subject to workflow only if the price increases and not if it decreases compared to the previous version?

Moved to the Dynamics 365 SCM forum.

Hi Matteo,

In the workflow configuration, there is a virtual field for a delta amount and percentage. You can evaluate the value in case of a reapproval. Based on the outcome you can then configure an auto approval or a manual approval.

Hi Matteo,

You posted your question in the General forum where you are probably using either Business Central or Supply Chain Management.

Can you clarify which exact Dynamics 365 solution you are using?
