Hello community,

Could someone help me understand how Products are configured in field service. we have an integration that runs from F&O to CE and update external product inventory entity, and in CE external product inventory is then gets data into product inventory entity. I am unable to find articles hoe data is synced from external product inventory to product inventory as both are Microsoft entities.

Hi @Fun2Power,

Thanks for reply, we have active DI in from FO to CE.

As there are two Entities External Product inventory and product inventory, I am looking to fin how the data is coming from External product inventory (msdynce_externalproductinventories) to Product inventory (msdyn_productinventory) in CE.

Hi @vkatakam,

Seems like the Field Service Inventory functions are disabled if F&O integration is enabled.
