I'm looking for a way to see a technician's scheduled date and start time directly in my views without having to open the Schedule Board every time.
Currently, I schedule technicians by opening the Booking record and selecting the Booking Status, Date, and Start Time.
I need to see the technician's scheduled date and start time as columns in the view.
My goal is to quickly identify when a technician is scheduled without having to navigate to the Schedule Board for each record.
Is there a way to add the booking date and start time from the Bookable Resource Booking record to a Work Order view, or create a view that displays this information?
If you've configured this before, I'd appreciate any recommendations or best practices.
