Dear all,
We are investigating viability of the Added efficiency in the quote-to-cash template, allowing you to better manage the quote lifecycle between Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
We are testing out the use case to create the quote in D365 Sales and manage it in Sales up until the point that the quote is Active ("Sent" in D365 SCM). Then we want to use D365 SCM functionalities to confirm the quote and create an order out of it. After changing the ownership of the quote to Supply Chain, and clicking the Confirm button, we are receiving a dual-write error from Power Platform which does not point us in the right direction.
Now I am wondering whether this use case is supported at all by Microsoft. Was anyone able to make it work?
Kind regards
