Help! Our CRM email queues started blocking all email attachments with the error message /The message was saved as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 email record, but not all the attachments could be saved with it. An attachment cannot be saved if it is blocked or if its file type is invalid./ The email messages are received in the queues but the attachments are blocked.
The attachments are mostly PDF files and they are received successfully in the associated Outlook mailbox (Exchange 2019 server, using Server-side sync). PDF files are an allowed type and the file sizes are under our set limit size.
Update: I started a support ticket with Microsoft and no solution yet.
