Recientemente nuestra empresa adquirio licencia para el ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central para el manejo de nuestras finanzas.
Nos hemos entendido con un supuesto representante (Partner) el cual no hemos podido verificar si es efectivamente un Partner asociado autorizado a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC. No aparece en el listado de Partner de Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC en su portal.
Quisieramos nos certifiquen si estamos en una relacion comercial valida y en regla en cuanto a la adquisicion y soporte de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Our company recently acquired a license for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system to manage our finances.
We have been in contact with a supposed representative (Partner) whom we have been unable to verify as an authorized Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Partner. They do not appear in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Partner list on their portal.
We would like confirmation that we have a valid and legal business relationship regarding the acquisition and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Our company is EPIC TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPERS, C.A. of Venezuela.
The company we have been dealing with as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central provider is called (NOVASOFT) NOVASOFTLA CONSULTING SERVICES.
