Hi, I'm new to workflow. I need to make some change to the OOB project budget revision work flow.

1) The OOB functionality only shows conditions based on cost. I need to add fields based on the Total Revised Revenue. How is this done?

2) I Also need to add a participant to the 'Configurable Hierarchy'.

Hi,

It seems like you answered your first question yourself. For your second question, it is possible to create a new participant provider where you can add your custom logic. Potentially you can duplicate the existing configurable hierarchy provider and then change it to your needs.
