94Hi - I want to be able to add/edit the choices that are in the global optionset for msdynmkt_reason to include other Opt-in or Opt-out reasons. This seems to be non-customizable. Is there any way to achieve this? I can understand why most of the consent related options seem locked down to protect the overall functionality, but this field seems very information and something that should have different choices based on the client.
My use case is to add some means of capturing "implied consent" which is a valid option in my client scenarios, but there is not way to document this currently. My only alternative that I can think of to work within the options available for Consent Records is to use the Not Set value for consent value to represent implied since the person did not expressly indicate opted in or out.
If anyone knows of a way to provide additional reason choices, I would greatly appreciate it.
