To enable Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) in Field Service:
Go to Power Platform Admin Center → https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.
Select your Environment.
Click Settings > Product > Features.
Enable Resource Scheduling Optimization toggle.
Then go to Field Service Admin Center > RSO Settings to configure it.
Create and activate an RSO Profile for optimization to run.
You need appropriate licenses (RSO Add-on).
