Restrict Document Location Creation during Documents selection from Related Records

Hi All,
 
I am working on Dynamics 365 Online with 9.2 version.  Integrating SharePoint document location with D365 and not enable Folder structure while document settings for Account. Because the requirement is folder structure is different from out of box folder structure. 
 
We have integrated document location creation while creating Account record by using Power Automate.  Facing issue is while selecting Documents from the Account Related records, eventhough folder structure not enable still the out of box function triggering and creating document location folder.  How to restrict it?
 
Our folder structure : AccountName - AccountId(Auto Number)
Out of box folder structure - AccountName - AccountId(Unique Id) -- Would like to restrict it

    Thank you for your response.  It is very useful reference site which you have shared. I have one more clarification.  While creating record, the flow is triggering and starting to create a Record folder. But during creation time, if user access the Documents from Related, the out of box folder structure is creating. Means it will be like <RecordName>_<Guid>. 
     
    So, two document location will be there.  One is out of box automatic folder and another one is whatever we have created folder.
     
    Could you suggest how to restrict it out of box while accessing Documents.

    Yes. I  have done whatever you explained.  The problem what I am facing, we have created one tab for keep document Subgrid control.  While creating record, the flow is triggering and creating folder in SharePoint. Here the problem is, before creating folder, if Documents tab opened, automatically the out of box folder creation is triggering. I think while onload documents the out of box folder will be created if no document location. I would like to fix this issue.  For time being deleting or renaming the out of box folder.
