OnAfterCreateWhseReceiptHeaderFromWhseRequest(WhseReceiptHeader, WarehouseRequest, GetSourceDocuments);

don't believe BC has this function out of box. normally notes attached to a PO is about PO. Notes attached to a receipt is for a receipts. those notes may or may not be created for different purposes.
