user 1 : Works for department Parts. Create PO with pool "Parts"
user 2: works for department devices. Create PO with pool "Devices"
user 3: works for department service. Create PO with pool "Service"
all the suers currently have a "Purchase Agent" role and they can do "generate product receipt" for any Purchase orders.
Request for new process: User 1, user 2 and user 3 should be able to see all purchase orders but the "product receipt" button should only be visible if the purchase order has the correct cobination (purchase pool and department user combination.)
Whihc means user 1 can see all purchase order but he/she can do product receipt only on the Purchase orders with pool Parts

I want to know how I can create this using XDS

Please note: I am new to XDS

    Hi,

XDS is about securing data, not enabling or disabling buttons based on data. In theory, you can add restrictions on the creation of sales update (SalesParm...), and packing slip tables, but then the buttons will still be accessible.

If you want to disable the button and prevent the user from using it on particular orders, you should solve it with a code extension.
