Business user raised performance issue in PROD

Hi team,
 
Business user complained performance issue in PROD when posting sales order. It took 2-3 minutes per sales order to post instead of seconds.
 
As per my knowledge, i know the trace parser only. 
 
Pls suggest me the best approach to analysis the issue. So, that i will smoothly handle the issue in PROD.

    Can you give us more information like for instance, what customizations are there in the system, is it with every sales order or only with certain ones in certain scenarios. Since when is this happening, is it since a customization or other change in the system. What changed? Does it also happen in the Sandbox UAT environment?

    Hi @CU10121822-0

    To troubleshoot the performance issue either you can use Trace parser or you can use the new feature in D365 called application insights  to troubleshoot the performace issue in Prod.
