Hi, We believe that delays in real-time marketing segmentation going live are caused by a number of reasons, and here are a few possible reasons. First, if the segments you create are complex and involve multiple attributes and conditions, they may take longer to process. Second, the amount of data that the segment needs to process can also affect the time it takes for the segment to go live. If your database is large, it may take more time Finally, if there are other heavy processes running on the system at the same time, they may compete for resources, slowing down your segmentation go-live time. In fact, during our testing there were instances where manually adding a user to an RTM segment took a long time to come online as well, which may have something to do with Microsoft's optimization of the product. If the situation you describe is recurring and is affecting your business processes, you can also use the link below to seek technical support from Microsoft. https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support I hope my answer is helpful to you!
