In your screenshot, the Batch group fields are disabled for editing. This happens when records for the workflow jobs are found in the Batch table. Maybe the batch jobs were created initially in a different language or someone earlier created manually the workflow batches in a completely different batch job.
In case these fields are disabled, existing records are being updated and no new batch jobs are created.
Are there already existing batch jobs in the application for the workflow, maybe with a hold or ended state?
