I need to create a workflow for 'proposed customer changes' where it looks at the salesperson responsible in order to determine the approver; but instead of creating a workflow which specifies specific workers I want it to look at a user group. That way I just need to maintain the user groups instead of employees within a workflow. Is this possible?
Example:
- Jane triggers workflow to update customer
- Condition: is salesperson responsible (for customer) a member of User Group A or User Group B?
- If member of User Group A, approver is User Group A1
- If member of User Group B, approver is User Group B1
