I am using the on-prem version of Dynamics 365 CRM (version 9.1.45.11). From a case form I'm adding an email activity and from there, I am selecting the Insert Template option. This is what the selection form looks like:
That is virtually impossible to read / decipher. Any suggestions on how I can clean that up?? Any help / guidance would be appreciated.
When I was on Version 8, the form was MUCH cleaner!
