Recently , I have got a requirement to work on table inheritance for the custom table.
So, before start, I do the research and found
Base table - property
Support inheritance - yes
Derived table - property
Extend- primary table
1. Is any other property missing ?
2. "Instance relation type" field i need to create manually in Base table?
In base table, we usually stored the common field and in Derived table we stored the specialized field. We identified the child record from parent through "instance relation type".
