I'm experiencing an issue in our Production environment, but I haven't encountered the same issue in any of our other environments.
When I open the Vendor Invoice Entry workspace and click the Product Receipt tab, the page freezes. There are not many uninvoiced product receipts, so I wouldn't expect this behavior.
I checked Environment Monitoring and found that a SQL statement related to the VendInvoiceProdReceiptNotInvoicedView view is taking a long time to execute.
We haven't deployed any recent customizations that could explain this issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what could be causing this?
