Dear Microsoft Support Team,
We are currently facing an issue while publishing extensions in our Business Central environment.
Since last night, every attempt to upload/publish an extension has been failing with the following error:
Status: Unknown
Summary:
Operation was not found.
Error Details:
Deployment job not found. - Job Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
We have tried refreshing the environment and retrying the deployment multiple times, but the issue persists. The same behavior is also being observed in another environment, which suggests that this may not be related to the extension package itself.
Could you please investigate this issue and let us know if there is any platform-side problem affecting extension deployments?
Kindly advise on the resolution or any additional information required from our side.
