Hello all,
I have a Dynamics 365 Service form which contains a field that is a multi-select.
In my use case, more than 150 options may be selected, which is giving me an error:

Can someone please help me by letting me know if there is a way to bypass/configure this platform limit?

Hi,

There is no way to override this cap (it is a hard-coded cap).
But you could:

Lookup field: Use a lookup field or a many-to-one relationship instead of a multi-select.
Virtual entity: Use external storage (e.g. Azure SQL) to manage selections using a virtual entity.
