Please tell us what business problem you're trying to address and what resource you want to access. JIT access means just-in-time access; it doesn't say what to access.

If you believe that you can get access to the production database, you're wrong. You'll need to look for a different solution - that's why you should explain the actual problem, so we can suggest something that can be done.
