How to do the net-off "intercompany"

Company-A and Company-B are configured as intercompany.
 
How to do their net-off  in TB?

    How to do the net-off "intercompany"
    The Intercompany accounting is enabled in Company-A and Company-B via
     
                 General Ledger > Posting Setup > Intercompany Accounting
     
    Then,
     
    Company-A
          Intercompany Payable             3000
         Intercompany Receivable         2500
     
    Company-B
          Intercompany Payable              2500
         Intercompany Receivable          3000
     
    In the month-end, Company-B will receive amount due from Company-A (i.e. 500) as net-off

    Hi J Lee,
     
    Can you explain what type of intercompany transactions are created? Is you question e.g. about general journals, intercompany orders, or IC timewriting?
    What exactly do you mean by net-off? Is this only about reporting in e.g. a consolidation company?
