Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) Asset Deployment

When trying to deploy the asset to the LCS VM getting below error:
 
1. VM is of Developer sub-type.
2. Error : API Call returned BadRequest: Bad Request

    Hi,
     
    I do assume this is running in a build pipeline? Did it work before? If so, do you know if something has changed? Have you checked if the VM was running or shut down during the deployment process?
