User already has the Edit in excel - admin and edit in excel - view permission sets. After clicking edit in excel, the excel sheet opens up, but the function including new, publish, etc do not appear. Instead, a message appears: add-in information: Microsoft 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition and execution of Office Store Add-ins. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, settings, I enabled the let users access the office store. That toggled on enabled another user who had the same error to then use edit in excel. Any ideas how to let edit in excel be permissible for this particular user?
