Is this possible with custom table? etc we have an application table as u can image applications can be similar so when an agent is reviewing an application it would be helpful to see similar application on the right just like how it does for cases. When I try to create an advanced similarity rule - the source entity is set to case and its locked so i assume it only works for the oob case table.,..
