Error: The value is not found in the map during DMF import

Dear community,

I have extended the entity CustCustomerV3Entity (Customers V3) with a datasource of a customized table and place it as a child under the LogisticsPostalAddresBaseEntity in the CustCustomerV3Entity extension.

What I already checked:

1) There is a valid relation between our customized table and the LogisticsPostalAddressBaseEntity

2) full compilation and synchronization completed

3) Entity list is already refreshed

4) Mapping generated from scratch

Any ideas how to tackle this issue?

Hi @CU23031328-0

Are you able to export the record without any issues using the same entity, if yes, please check the values for the new tables fields and you can use the same file for the import as well.

I made first an export. In the exported document I removed CustAccount field tag, and then I did the import, but then this error occurs. In other words: export works perfectly, import gives this error

Hi @DynamicsSammy

Could you please send me a SS which field you have removed and it's from cust table data source?

Can you try to import a reocrd with removing any fields from the exported file.
