Change cell color based on hexadecimal color code

How can I change cell background color in ListPart based on hexadecimal color code?
So, instead of this:
 
I want this :
 
Is it possible to develop it in BC? Maybe using control add-in or something like that.
I don't want to use Style and StyleExpr Property because they provide too limited colors.
