New Field Service Schedule Board not working as Expected

Hello Team,
 
Can anyone please let us know what does the blue dots with number in between and Gray dots represent inside the Map View of Field Service Schedule Board.
 
 
Is it possible to view only Gray dots from the above image?
 
On hover of the gray dot, it now only shows the Work Order number and not the other details like address, subdivision etc which the older Schedule Board used to show. Can this be modified to show more details on hover?
 
 
Also, we have observed that the new Schedule Board is very slow and takes around 7-8 seconds to sync any changes in the existing Bookings. Is this expected behaviour?
 
Our team is also observing many issues working with the new schedule Board and majorly it involves around slowness
