Electronic Invoicing — InputParameters error on French customer invoice submission

When submitting electronic documents related to customer invoices in D365 F&O, we get this error:

[Error] Submitted data does not contain incoming variable 
expected by the feature setup: InputParameters

Context: [CountryISOCode: FR, DocumentType: Customer invoice, 
LegalEntityID: f091, SubmissionType: blank]

Setup:

Custom Electronic Invoicing feature in Globalization Studio:After removing the unused InputParameters variable and redeploying, it's still getting this error
