I added standard and personal views to a new user in D365FO through System Administration > Personalization but the user still having blank workspaces. This has worked fine for previous users.
Every time I try to add a view I get an error message that says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" - see attached screenshot.
If still you have the issue, then you may try as an admin. Maybe it is a security issue.
