Add static text as notes in the form

Hello, I wanna add some notes for the user.. I want an icon at the red arrow that shows the notes when he clicks it.

I tried to add a part, but I can't simply add my text and it needs to link with dataSource..

So, any other suggestions?

Why not use standard attachments of type notes?
