When creating a pick list journal i have to select a bin location. In that drop down i can select View available or not and have it show physical inventory. Is there any way too see both?

From your screenshot, you're in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain Management) selecting a bin/location during a Pick List Journal. The View available checkbox controls whether the lookup filters locations based on available physical inventory.
Unfortunately, there is no standard option to display both available and unavailable (zero inventory) bin locations simultaneously while also showing the available quantity.
    How the options work
    View available = Checked
Displays only locations/bins that have available physical inventory for the selected item.
    Shows the Available physical quantity.
    View available = Unchecked
Displays all locations that match the criteria, including empty bins.
You typically lose the inventory availability filtering, and the behavior depends on the lookup implementation.

If your users frequently need to choose between multiple bins and want to see every bin along with its available quantity, the best approach is a small X++ customization of the lookup. This is a relatively common enhancement and provides a much better user experience than toggling the View available checkbox.
