    Advance Warehouse Issue
    Hello,

I have done some research, please see below some thoughts that may help you! Cheers.

    1. Verify Inventory Availability

The most common reason for this error is insufficient inventory.

    1. Check Inventory Levels:

      • Navigate to Items.
      • Select the item(s) you are trying to pick.
      • Review the Inventory field to ensure there is enough stock available.
    2. Check Item Ledger Entries:

      • Go to Item Ledger Entries.
      • Look for any recent transactions that might have affected the available quantity.

    2. Review the Warehouse Setup

Ensure that your warehouse setup is correct and supports the picking process.

    1. Check Bin Contents:

      • Go to Warehouse > Bins.
      • Verify the content of the bins in the warehouse and ensure the items are stored in the correct bins.
    2. Check Warehouse Setup:

      • Navigate to Warehouse > Locations.
      • Select the location where the pick is being created.
      • Ensure that the location is set up correctly for picking (e.g., directed put-away and pick is enabled).

    3. Validate Pick Creation

Ensure that the pick is created correctly and the criteria match available inventory.

    1. Check the Pick Document:

      • Navigate to Warehouse > Warehouse Picks.
      • Open the pick document and review the lines.
      • Ensure that the lines correctly reflect the items and quantities to be picked.
    2. Check the Source Document:

      • Verify the source document (e.g., sales order, transfer order) that generated the pick.
      • Ensure that the items and quantities on the source document are correct and match the inventory levels.

    4. Review Item Tracking

If your items are tracked by serial numbers or lot numbers, ensure that the tracking information is correctly set up.

    1. Check Item Tracking Setup:

      • Navigate to Item Tracking > Item Tracking Lines.
      • Verify that the serial numbers or lot numbers are correctly assigned and available for picking.
    2. Check Item Tracking Entries:

      • Go to Item Ledger Entries.
      • Review the tracking entries for the items to ensure they are available for the current pick.

    5. Analyze Reservation Entries

Ensure there are no reservations that might be blocking the inventory from being picked.

    1. Check Reservation Entries:
      • Navigate to Reservation Entries.
      • Look for any existing reservations on the items you are trying to pick.
      • If necessary, adjust or remove reservations that are no longer needed.

    Possible Root Causes

    1. Insufficient Inventory:

      • There may not be enough stock available to fulfill the pick request. This is the most common root cause.
    2. Incorrect Warehouse Setup:

      • The warehouse location may not be set up correctly to allow picking.
    3. Misconfigured Bin Setup:

      • The bins in the warehouse may not be correctly configured or may not contain the expected items.
    4. Inaccurate Item Tracking Information:

      • Serial numbers or lot numbers might not be correctly assigned or may not be available for picking.
    5. Existing Reservations:

      • Inventory items may be reserved for other orders or processes, preventing them from being picked.

    Suggestions

    1. Adjust Inventory Levels:

      • Perform an inventory adjustment if necessary to ensure sufficient stock is available.
    2. Correct Warehouse and Bin Setup:

      • Review and correct any warehouse or bin setup issues.
    3. Update Item Tracking Information:

      • Ensure that serial numbers and lot numbers are correctly assigned and available for picking.
    4. Remove Unnecessary Reservations:

      • Adjust or remove any reservations that are blocking the inventory from being picked.

    Advance Warehouse Issue
    Hello,

I have some problems with displaying your question. I just can see the text from the thread list and I do not know if you share any additional info.
I doubt your text format on this thread makes this issue. Next time try to write without any formatting of text.

Now, about your issue. Check the Qty to Ship on your Transfer order. That error usually appears when you try to create pick, but you did not entered Qty. to Ship in order line.

Also, you can share with us more info so we can better understand your situation.

    Greetings
