in order to make my Dynamics 365 online platform multilanguage i need to enable a language from the language option in the administration settings but when i navigate to administration settings and then i click on languages, an empty table displayed. So now i want to add some languages and i want to be displayed on that table.
Any Suggestion please...?
Hi,Please refer below link for enabling the new languages.https://www.tech-quantum.com/how-to-install-configure-language-packs-in-dynamics-365/
Also, if you are system admin and getting blank screen then i would suggest to raise support ticket.
hello bro,
thanks for your answer.
The problem actually is that i am not getting any language to enable. i am a system admin yes but i don't think that the problem is technical.
Can you please share the screenshot of language page?
Hello,
Are you sure that you use online? Here is what it looks like to me:
Hello
Honestly i am not sure if its online or not because i am not the one who created the system. but if you have a solution for the Dynamics 365 on-permise platforms. i am all ears.
thank you.
Just to doublecheck - what url do you use to access your CRM?
If it doesn't end with *.crm<X>.dynamics.com - you're not online.
If you're on-prem then you will have to install the language pack on the server where system is installed - www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
it's on-prem, okay thank you a lot sir.
