I am unable to add custom tags. Whenever I type in the custom name and enter, nothing happens and it won't prompt me to confirm or save. (as shown below screenshot)

    Hi Mark,

I have done the suggested steps. Whenever I type in something at the add tag and enter, nothing happens. It won't prompt me save or confirm.

    I see the issue.

Under the page Global Settings -> Auto Tags, you can click the "Add Tag" button to convert a custom tag into an auto tag. Your problem is that you have not created any custom tags.

    To create a custom tag:

    1. Go to Analytics

    2. Open the Posts drawer

    3. Click any post to show the post details

    4. Click the (+) button to add a tag

    5. Enter your tag name, press enter, then click Confirm

    6. Return to Global Settings -> Auto Tags and click "Add Tag" again.

You should now see your tag in the list!

I also had this problem, MS please make it logical and make it so you add new custom tags from under the custom tags section in settings :-) Been googling this for a day before found this post! Also please update your user instructions to make this clear also :-)

Thanks for the feedback. I sent a message to our documentation team and they should fix this with the next release!
