Dynamics CRM Button missing from ribbon after Update

Hi,

Outlook updated to Build 1907 (11901.20176). After the update the dynamics button is missing. When i login do manage add-ins evertyhing is active. i tried re-enabling it but it didn't work.

Any ideas how i can enable it again?

i have the soluton.

It was the Privacy Setting for the connected experiences. The User disabled this option on accident:

We just needed to enable it...

Hi Johnny,

thank you for your suggestions.

I have tried everything above already a couple of times.
I have even opened a ticket with MS Support and did evertyhing again together with the support professional.
Unfortunately the Problem is still present.
The Support is going to escalate the Ticket.

There're some listed suggestions in DOC for troubkleshooting why D365 App for outlook disappear in Outlook:

In addition, I suggest to re-add app to outlook manually for affected users and check in OWA first if the app appears:
