Hello dear communinity,
we will soon export a company from one database and import it into another using the company transfer function. Question regarding this:
Will user personalizations be included in a company export between two databases?

I don’t think so the user personalization tables add system tables not company specific. You need find another process to move those.

don't think it's possible in SaaS. the user will need to personalise it again.

you can probably do it on the on-premise version.

Unfortunately, as of now, it is not possible to transfer or copy personalizations data in Cloud.

You can submit this idea to Microsoft.

I forgot to mention that the companies will not be copied to a cloud environment. This process will happen between two OnPremise databases.

I had also thought about this, but hoped that it might also work with personalisations, because users sometimes need to see very different things in a department. But then I will do it with profile customisation.
