Hello All,

I'm currently trying to install Business Performance Analytics (BPA) for my D365 Finance and Operations environment. I have carefully followed every step mentioned in the official Microsoft documentation here:

I have met all the listed prerequisites, including:

  • Set up required privileges in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Configure Microsoft Power Platform
  • Configure the Microsoft Entra tenant
  • Confirm the Power App users are enabled in Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Configure Power Platform Admin Center
But still not able to see the "Business performance analytics" in the power platform admin center under my environment d365 apps under install apps sections.

someone , Please guide me to finish the configuration.

thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
If BPA isn’t showing under Install apps in the Power Platform Admin Center, check the following:
    • Make sure your Dataverse environment is linked to D365 Finance (not just a standalone Power Apps env).
    • I think BPA is region-specific — confirm it’s supported in your region
    • Use a Global Admin or Power Platform Admin account.
    • In D365 Finance, go to Feature management and enable Business performance analytics.
If everything looks correct and it’s still not showing, you may need to log a Microsoft support ticket.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the reply Zain.

I am able to see the 'Business Performance Analytics' in Power Platform admin center under install apps.

It take some time to apply the changes in power platform admin center.

Did you manage to get this working?

Moved from General to D365 Finance. While it's a Power Platform question, BPA is an application that is part of D365 Finance
